At Fort Novosel, KOMAN supports a wide variety of environmental compliance tasks: Clean Air Act (CAA) Title V permit and air emissions inventory support; greenhouse gas inventory investigation and reporting, recycling & solid waste management; hazardous waste characterization and management; compliance training and audits; and environmental training courses for Government and tenant personnel and climate change studies.
Stormwater Compliance Support – Army Reserve centers (CT, PA, ME, NJ, NY, and RI)
KOMAN prepared detailed SWPPPs for over a dozen Army Reserve centers in accordance with federal, state and Army regulations through site investigation, mapping surveys, and regulatory research. We also provided regulatory driven stormwater event sampling at each permitted facility.
