KOMAN provides facility support services at Naval Submarine Base New London, ensuring the maintenance of wastewater and sewage infrastructure. Their services include routine inspection and cleaning of various components like oil/water separators, sewage lift stations, grease traps, and oily wastewater collection/treatment tanks. KOMAN also handles the removal of containerized wastewater from different operations. They maintain waste profiles for known waste types and conduct waste characterization sampling for new waste streams. Waste is classified and disposed of using appropriate vendors. All maintenance and waste disposal tasks are meticulously scheduled and coordinated with the Base. Detailed waste disposal records and monthly disposal logs are maintained and provided to the Base for their records.
